We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to book your appointment, we never sell your data, and you can opt out of messages at any time.

When you request an appointment through our website, we collect the following information that you provide directly:

- Phone number
- Email address
- Appointment details — the service you selected, your preferred date and time
- Optional notes — such as hair length or reference photos you choose to share
We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that collect personal data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Process and confirm your appointment request
- Send you appointment confirmation, reminders, and updates via text message and email
- Allow Daniella to contact you regarding your appointment
- Maintain a record of your booking history for service continuity
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your appointment.
3. Text Message (SMS) Communications
By submitting a booking request and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from BloomyBloom at the phone number you provide. These messages include:
- Booking request notifications
- Appointment confirmations or declines
- Appointment-related updates from Daniella
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply Stop to any text message from us to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Supported carriers
Major US carriers are supported. Carrier support may vary. BloomyBloom is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Email Communications
When you provide your email address, we may send you:
- A confirmation that we received your booking request
- An appointment confirmation or decline notice
We do not send promotional newsletters or marketing emails. To stop receiving emails, reply to any email from us and request removal, or contact us directly.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.
Your information may be shared only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We use third-party tools to operate our booking system, including Upstash (data storage), Resend (email delivery), and ClickSend (SMS delivery). These providers process your data only to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
6. Data Storage & Retention
Your booking information is stored securely on Upstash's cloud infrastructure. We retain booking records for up to 2 years for service continuity and business record-keeping purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. See Section 7 for details.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your information from our records
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying Stop

8. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Parents and guardians may book appointments on behalf of their children, in which case the contact information provided should belong to the parent or guardian.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our booking service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
