1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the BloomyBloom website (bloomybloombraids.com) or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and anyone who uses or accesses our website or services.

2. Our Services

BloomyBloom African Hair Braiding is a professional hair braiding studio located in Huntsville, Alabama, owned and operated by Daniella. We offer African hair braiding services including but not limited to knotless braids, tribal braids, passion twists, cornrows, crochet styles, and children's styles.

All services are performed by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

3. Booking & Appointments

Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from Daniella via text or email.

When booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information and appointment details
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Receive SMS and email communications related to your booking (see our Privacy Policy)

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.

• 24 hours or more notice: No issue — please call or text us and we will reschedule you at no penalty.
• Less than 24 hours notice: Please still contact us. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your confirmed appointment and do not contact us in advance, it is considered a no-show. No-shows take time away from other clients and from Daniella's schedule.

Clients who no-show without notice may be required to pay a deposit to book future appointments, or may have their booking privileges suspended at our discretion.

6. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on your hair length, hair thickness, the size of the style, and the complexity of the work involved.

Daniella will discuss the final price with you at your appointment before beginning any service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that the final price may differ from the listed starting price.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and most major forms of payment — please confirm accepted payment methods when booking.

7. Client Conduct

We are committed to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients. We ask that all clients:

• Treat Daniella and any staff with respect
• Arrive with hair that is clean and detangled unless a detangling service has been arranged
• Communicate openly about allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before the service begins

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service to any client who is disrespectful, disruptive, or whose conduct makes it unsafe or unreasonable to continue.

8. Limitation of Liability

BloomyBloom provides professional hair braiding services with care and expertise. However, individual results may vary based on hair type, condition, and maintenance after the appointment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloomyBloom and Daniella are not liable for:

• Reactions to hair products, extensions, or accessories where the client has not disclosed known sensitivities
• Hair breakage or damage resulting from pre-existing hair conditions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services

Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational and booking purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Submit false or misleading information through our booking form
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from our website

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who misuses our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
